How it works

From a payment SMS to a confirmed order

PIQX turns the payment message that lands on your phone into a result you can act on, in Telegram, in the Mini App or from your own site.

Your phoneThe PIQX app reads the payment SMS on SIM 1 or SIM 2.
PIQX serverExtracts the amount and transaction ID, then matches and stores them.

Step by step

  1. Pair the phone

In the app, tap Modify. The phone asks the server for a pairing code and shows it on screen. Your admin approves that code in the Mini App. Once approved, the phone receives its own token and connects. The code expires after 15 minutes, and you can pair again at any time by tapping Modify.

  2. Receive the SMS

When a payment message arrives, the app picks it up and sends it to the server. The app keeps running in the background and restarts with the phone. Messages that cannot be sent straight away are retried.

  3. Read the message

The server extracts the amount, the transaction ID, the sender and the time. A message it cannot read goes to a separate Unparsed list, so you can review it yourself.

  4. Match and claim

A transaction ID is looked up by verify-payment and used for an order by claim-payment. The amount is checked when you send it, and a transaction can be claimed once, so the same payment cannot pay for two orders.

  5. Get the result

Admins see payments, stats and reports in the Telegram bot and manage everything in the Mini App. Your own site gets the answer from the API.

Keeping it running

Always visible

  • Each phone sends a heartbeat, so the Mini App shows whether it is online even when no SMS arrives.
  • Dual-SIM numbers are tracked separately.

Built to recover

  • Payments interrupted by a connection problem are processed again when the server is back.
  • Messages the phone could not deliver are retried.
